What areas do you cover?
We cover Oakwood, Chaddesden, Breadsall Hilltop, Breadsall and surrounding areas.
We will ask for your postcode before arranging anything to see if we will be able to cover your area!
Do I need to send anything with our dog?
Nope! Just your dog and their collar/ harness! We do require them have an ID tag.
We have leads, long lines, treats, toys + even spare coats for bad weather!
Are you insured?
Charlie and I are both fully insured, DBS checked and Canine First Aid Trained!
We will bring our documentation to every meet and greet and they are available for you to look at whenever you wish.
Will you provide updates?
You will receive photos and updates of your dog after their walk!
If any unusual behaviours occur you will be given a full report.
Can I just have occasional walks?
We do offer ADHOC walks, however they are subject to availability so we can’t guarantee you will get a space.
I have an anxious dog, will you walk them?
We have worked with many anxious dogs and we definitely recommend solo walks first, where we will work with them to help them become less anxious and more confident, and then we can discuss if you want them to go into a group setting.
How long are your walks?
Our walks are 60 minutes, this is excluding pick up and drop off.
We do travel further out to more secluded areas to keep your doggies away from the public for safety and peace of mind!
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel in less than 48 hours, you will have to pay 50%. If you cancel in 24 hours or less, you will have to pay 100%.
What happens in the case of an emergency?
We will contact you immediately and if we can’t contact you, we will contact the emergency contact you provided. If your pet requires medical attention from a vet, I myself will take your pet to the vets.
Can my dog be off lead?
If your dog has reliable recall they will be allowed off, however if they don't, we have 10m long lines to allow them freedom safely. We also treat our on-lead dogs to secure fields to allow them to play off lead securely!
What will happen with my key?
Keys are secured safely in my own home, and I will only take out which keys I need on that day. No addresses will be on the keys and our keys are insured. You can have your key back whenever you want.
Do I need to leave a towel out?
We have towels and Mud Daddies in the van to keep the dogs clean but if you can leave a spare towel out on very rainy days we would really appreciate it! (we sometimes run out of towels if its really rainy)
