Group Walks
At All4Paws Derby, our group walks are designed to give your dog the perfect combination of exercise, enrichment, and socialisation. Walking with a group allows dogs to burn energy, stimulate their minds, and build confidence while making new friends of all breeds, sizes, and personalities.
We take the time to get to know every dog in our care so we can carefully match them into suitable walking groups. By understanding each dog’s temperament and energy level, we create balanced groups where every dog can feel comfortable, safe, and happy.
Our walks take place in quiet, scenic locations away from busy public areas. Your dog will get to explore beautiful woodlands and open fields, with opportunities to splash in creeks and enjoy nature. We also regularly visit a variety of locations so every walk offers new places to explore and exciting scents to discover.
For dogs that are still developing their recall skills, we use safe 10-metre long lines. This allows them to enjoy the freedom of running and playing with their friends while ensuring they remain secure at all times. We also love treating our groups to secure private fields where they can safely run completely off-lead and have the best time together.
To ensure every dog feels comfortable with us, all new dogs begin with a solo walk. This allows us to build trust, learn their personality, and gradually introduce them to their new walking friends.

Solo Walks
Our solo walks are perfect for dogs who benefit from a calmer, one-to-one walking experience. Every dog is different, and some feel more comfortable exploring the outdoors without the busy environment of a group walk.
These walks are particularly suited to puppies, senior dogs, nervous dogs, or those who may be reactive around other dogs. With a dedicated walk tailored to their individual needs, your dog can move at their own pace and enjoy a relaxed, positive experience outside.
One-to-one walks allow us to focus fully on your dog, helping reinforce good walking manners, practice recall, and provide plenty of mental stimulation through new environments, scents, and exploration. This individual attention also helps build trust and confidence, which is especially valuable for dogs who may need a little extra patience and support.
We choose quiet, scenic locations where your dog can safely enjoy their walk without unnecessary stress or distractions. Whether your dog prefers a gentle stroll or something more energetic, each walk is adapted to suit their personality and energy level.
